Breakfast is the meal that we are most likely to miss. I don’t know what it is. Is it the mad dash to get out the door after we slept in a bit in the morning? Is it because we don’t feel hungry at that time in the morning? For some reason, people feel it’s so easy to miss breakfast in a way that NO ONE would ever be able to miss dinner. And we get by without it, but there is a nagging doubt in the back of our minds that maybe it’s not the best thing for us.
