		<description>I did this about 3 years ago and I go back to that list again and again!  I can say from the perspective of "been there done that" that it works if you  do it.  

I added one little twist to it, in that I memorized my "top ten" and review them mentally from time to time when I need a little shot of confidence or motivation.
